Directions for Use:  Place under arm, in groin area or anywhere you want to dissipate heat.  We recommend under the arm for a all over cooling effect on the body.  You will notice relief in as little as two minutes.  When you return your stone to its stand, all heat will be gone  in as little as two minutes and will be ready to use again as needed!
